APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The University of Pannonia has special application documents (application form, arrival information sheet, learning agreement), which can be downloaded from the university website. Students have to send all the documents to the following address by the given deadlines:

If you would like to study as Erasmus+ student at University of Pannonia, you should first contact the Erasmus coordinator at your home university and ask to send us an official nomination via e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with your name, gender, subject area code, exchange period, e-mail address. After receiving an official nomination, we will contact each nominated student and provide all information about the application procedure. The nomination deadlines are the follows: For spring semester: 15 November, For autumn semester: 31 May.

After official nomination you should fill out the following documents (HANDWRITTEN FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!):

  • Application form - typed, printed, stamped and signed by the Erasmus coordinator
  • for studies you have to fill out Learning Agreement – information on courses can be found under "Useful information"
  • for traineeships you have to fill out Learning Agreement for Traineeships
  • Your English Language Certificate (minimum criteria: B1 or B2 intermediate level depending on the bilateral agreement of the University of Pannonia and your institution)
  • Arrival Information Sheet
  • Accommodation Application Form – information on accommodation can be found on the following link: https://eng.uni-pannon.hu/erasmus/35-accomodation-for-erasmus-students
  • Transcript of Records - a list of all subjects you have completed at your University before coming to University of Pannonia. The document issued by your university will be accepted.
  • A photocopy of the applicant’s passport or ID
  • One passport-size photograph

All the required documents should be sent via e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and the original one by post the to the International Office of the University of Pannonia by 30th June for the 1st semester or full year or by 30th November for the 2nd semester.
